- Will be honest and not knowingly misrepresent facts
- Will divulge any portential conflicts of interest prior to accepting any contract, or as soon as possible after the conflict is discovered
- Will ensure that, to the best of their knowledge, thay can complete the contractual agreement in a professional manner both in terms of skill and time
